This HHBS-125 Precision Products 6-lb. capacity handheld broadcast spreader makes smaller seed-spreading jobs a snap! Its lightweight design weighs in at just more than one pound, but the performance is heavy-duty. A smooth-cranking wheel engages the spreader mechanism and the flow rate can easily be adjusted with a sliding control. The plastic spreader holds 3 lbs. of grass seed or 6 lbs. of pelletized material. Ideal for seeding or fertilizing small areas, hills, uneven ground, and wet terrain that doesn't suit a tow behind or push spreader, or for applying ice melt to sidewalks, steps and driveways
