Shipping Risk & Loss:

All items purchased from pwmall.com or PRI Industries, Inc. is made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.  PRI Industries, Inc, or pwmall.com is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.

Pwmall.com & PRI Industries, Inc. shall not be responsible for any damage caused by shipping delays, use of products,errors in shipping, or damage to personnel, lost income and damage caused by the installation of said products.

Warranty Claims:

Pwmall.com & PRI Industries, Inc. does not warranty any product sold in this online catalog.  All warranties are provided by the original manufacturer.  Products returned for warranty consideration must be sent to manufacturer for their evaluation and final disposition.  All items are covered by a "repair" or "replace" warranty.  A RMA number must be obtained before sending in a warranty claim.  It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping of any product being returned for warranty consideration.

Return Policy:

The original purchaser has a period of 30 days from date of shipment to return an item subject to a restocking fee, less shipping and handling. The merchandise must be in new, unused, resalable condition and returned in the original undamaged packaging. All warranty books, instruction manuals, parts and accessories must be included as well as the original box in which the item was shipped. To protect the original factory carton from any shipping damage, it must be placed inside another carton for return shipping. You must notify us of any shipping damage or missing parts within 3 days after receiving the merchandise. If you do NOT notify us within 3 days, you have accepted the merchandise in its current condition. Special Order items are not returnable. Electric machines that have been connected to electricity are not returnable. Gas and diesel-powered items cannot be returned if they have been gassed or oiled. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained prior to shipping the item(s) back by contacting us at sales@pwmall.com or 1-877-979-6255 (you will need to have your invoice handy). All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the original shipping costs. Items with Free Shipping will be charged the actual outbound shipping cost. Acceptance of merchandise is final only after receipt and inspection. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All sales become final after 30 days from date of shipment.
